OK.so you have seen the decor-- now it is time for the big reveal.
My friends knew they wanted to do something unique for the big reveal and in the end my friend let her husband decide on how they wanted to go about it.
He picked a pinata. And not only a pinata but one that was a green monster.
He was pretty excited about it.
After discussing it, they decided that they were going to discover the gender of the baby along side their family and friends.
They knew they couldn't wait long until they found out.. so they scheduled the reveal party on the same day as their doctor appointment. They had the doctor write the gender on a card and place it in an envelope-- then handed the envelope to a neighbor who then filled their pinata with blue or pink candy!

After the reveal everyone stuck around to celebrate the parents to be!
The whole day was perfect.What a blessing to be able to witness such a joyous occasion.
To me... this is what community is all about.
